ThePokerHH provides datamined hand histories for poker players.

What is Datamining?
Generally, data mining (sometimes called data or knowledge discovery) is the process
of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing it into useful information
- information that can be used to increase revenue, cuts costs, or both.
When you play poker, you observe how the other players act in any given situation,
and adapt accordingly.
In online poker, the use of datamined hand history is vital, since in most cases
you play in more than one table at a time.
Combining the hand histories along with a poker tracking application (poker tracker,
holdem manager etc) you automatically increase your edge.
You can instantly find out who is the winner and avoid him, and who is the fish
and aiming for his stack.
What are hand histories?
Hand histories are log files (usually in form of text files).
In order to track the actions, provide support and keep the game clean, the poker
rooms write every action that the players have made.
You can use this files to your advantage by importing them to your poker tracking
application like poker tracker and holdem manager.
These applications creates reports, statistics and analyze their game.
However, you cannot get hand histories just by observing them, you can only have
hand histories on games you were participating in.

After importing the hand histories to your PT\HM (poker office, and basically every

What should I choose, Mega Pack or
Daily subscription?
If you need a massive amount of statistics to start with, and you don't want to
wait several days to accumulate enough information on your opponents than you should
purchase a Mega Pack.
To keep your game up to date with the most recent stats every day, sign for the
Daily subscription.
I am interesting in buying 5 Million Mega
pack. is it the most recent 5M hands?
Absolutely. When purchasing a Mega pack you download the most recent hand histories.
When should I expect to receive a
new daily subscription package?
First daily package is released at 7:00 am (EET times)

Which games do you offer?
We cover the following games:
No Limit Holdem
Fixed Limit Holdem
Pot Limit Omaha
We cover Full ring tables (9-max and 10-max), short handed (6-max tables) and heads
up (2-max tables)
Which stakes do you cover?
We cover all stakes from $0.10-$0.25 and up.
For Limit games we cover from $0.25-$0.50 and up.

What is your daily coverage?
We work very hard to provide you the best daily coverage out there!
You can check the coverage at the Daily subscription page. simply choose your game
and click the "Show coverage" button.

Absolutely. Your password is encrypted and even ThePokerHH staff cannot see it.

When could I start downloading my package?
You will be able to download your hands immediately after the purchase!
I've placed an order. How do I download
the package?
After logging in to your ThePokerHH account, click on Daily Pack\Mega Pack.
Click on "Download" (blue disk icon).
On your daily pack account, when clicking "Download" you will be downloading
the latest package.
If you wish to download a previous daily pack, click on "History" (yellow folder
icon)
I am signed for Daily subscription, can
I change my stakes?
You can change your stake to a lower stake with no additional cost.
I haven't been downloading the hands
several days. Can I download my missing days?
Yes! simply log in to your ThePokerHH account, go to Daily Pack, click on "History"
(yellow folder icon).
You will then see a list of all your previous packages sorted by date. Choose your
missing packages from the list and download them.
My subscriptions has expired. Can
I download my old hands?
Yes, you can download then hands even though your subscription has expired.
We keep the packages for at least 1 month.
Importing the hands
How do I open the .rar file?
Download WinRAR, it's free and easy to use.
Download WinRAR
Then, double click on the .rar file that you have downloaded and drag the hand histories
files to a new folder in your desktop.
When finished, you are good to go.
How do I import the hands to my
HM\PT?
Start your software (PT\HM) Go to "Import" tab, click "Import from folder" and point
it to the folder where you extracted the hands.
How can I speed the import process?
If you are going to import a large package than you could do the following:
1. Defragment your disk. this will increase the import speed significantly
2. Consider creating a new DB for observed hands.
3. Update\cluster\purge\chace your DB via your SQL admin panel.
4. Split the import to several pieces.
5. Run the import during the night :)
Why am I seeing errors\duplicate hands
during the import process?
Sometimes the hands are not being written properly, thus they're being re-written
again and again.
That is something that literally out of our hands...

Do you share my info with a 3rd party?
ThePokerHH will not share your information with a 3td party including :
User name, email, ordered packages, paypal account etc.
What kind of information do I need
to provide during the registration?
We know how much your privacy is important to you, thus you will only have to enter
your email address and a password.
